Shipping

Orders are shipped FedEx or UPS. The standard shipping rate is $6.00 per order. Free shipping for orders over $300. Minimum order 12 bottles. Most orders are shipped the same day or next business day via UPS from our Arizona facility.

Returns

We guarantee our products to your customers (see above). Please exchange or refund the purchase price to them, then let us know with the SKU and shipping address and we will issue a Credit Memo for the price you paid for it.

Claims
If you experience product loss, damage or shortage on your order, please contact us via phone or e-mail within 5 business days of your order delivery.
